Matthew Mosner is a corporate attorney for CRICO. Matt is an experienced corporate lawyer with expertise in corporate governance, contracting and procurement, employment and labor law, insurance law, and more.

Previously, he served as General Counsel and first in-house lawyer for Eurasia Foundation, a small non-profit focused on civil society development in the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and Asia. Prior to joining the Foundation, he served as General Counsel to Americares Foundation, a global humanitarian relief and public health organization based in Connecticut. He also has substantial private sector experience, having served as General Counsel to Metromedia International Group, an international media and telecommunication company, from its offices in Moscow, Vienna and New York, as well as Corporate Counsel to Computershare, an international technology and financial services company, in New York.

He holds a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law and a BA in Russian Studies from Haverford College and is fluent in Russian and conversant in French. He is admitted to the bars of the States of Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.
