Embedding, Aligning and Reconstructing Clinical notes to Explore Sepsis

The researchers aimed to develop exploratory analysis tools for exploring sepsis. Embedding-based analysis was found to assist in learning local representations in clinical notes. The researchers found that their examples can generate better data representation of clinical documentation to improve performance and interpretability.
