Pearson Pozner Awarded CRICO Grant to Establish Interprofessional Team Training Program

Madelyn Pearson, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, senior vice president of Clinical Services and chief nursing officer, and Charles Pozner, MD, executive director of the STRATUS Center received the grant to bring teams together, improve communication, enhance the Brigham’s safety culture and staff satisfaction, and identify and eliminate hierarchies that impede the delivery of care.
